Time for better sleep Thoughts & Prompts to end each day well...

This journal includes a link to a full sleep hypnosis audio from Di Goddard Hypnotherapy.

Sleep is absolutely an essential component in our continuing health and well-being.

It is an important part of our 24hr day (or night!). The restorative cycle of sleep means the body is able to rest, refresh, recover and continue to function normally the next day.

For many of us, sleep is a normal and easy part of our routine. We know the health benefits and importance of sleep, but actually, few of us truly appreciate how much we need it or know what actually happens to us when we don’t get enough (think jet-lag when you are trying to get home from the airport after an over-night flight, yuk!).

On average, an adult will need seven to eight hours of sleep each night. Don't get it and look out...!

It is thought that one in three adults are affected by sleep problems. Most often this is because we find it hard to shut off the day and allow ourselves to rest well before even thinking abut sleep...

What's inside:

  • How to create a sleep environment. 9 detailed tips on how to get it right!
  • 96 page a day with prompts to guide you to end the day well, enough for three months.
  • Quotes to think of while you rest before sleep.
  • Link to my SLEEP hypnosis audio (you get it FREE!)

Each page has the opportunity to reflect on different thoughts: Things I am grateful for today... What have I carried with me today that I need to let go of? My hopes for tomorrow... Each day also has a thoughtful quote to ponder.

A beautiful opportunity in a beautiful book...

This journal should be at the forefront of your pursuit for better sleep.

A third of your life is spent sleeping in a bedroom. All too often, people overlook the importance of what creating the right sleep environment means in getting great sleep.

Many of us use our rooms to watch TV, browse the internet, talk with our partners about life decisions, and a variety of other activities not associated with sleep.

If sleep is important to you, it's time to start looking at how your bedroom impacts your sleep, and ways you can improve it.

So, the most important factors are listed in this journal...

Sleep well...
